The NKBA’s Design Excellence Awards (DEA) celebrate the best in kitchen and bath design, recognizing creativity, innovation, and craftsmanship. Each year, these awards highlight the most exceptional projects across North America, making it an incredible achievement to be named a finalist.
The winners will be announced March 28th, and we’re eagerly counting down the days!
Surrey Springs: A Double Finalist!
We poured our hearts into the Surrey Springs project, and to see it recognized in two categories is truly rewarding. Here are a few of our personal favorite design elements:
🏡 Contemporary Kitchen Finalist
- The stunning fluted details on the hood fan and island add a layer of texture and sophistication.
- A quartz backsplash ledge detail creates a seamless and functional focal point.
🚿 Contemporary Medium Bathroom Finalist
- The energizing green tile with gold grout brings warmth and personality, tying beautifully into the gold fixtures.
- A subtle floor tile that wraps up into a curbless shower creates a seamless and serene spa-like feel.
It’s always a joy to see thoughtful design come to life, and we’re so proud of how this project turned out!
