All our services start with an initial phone call to discuss your project, budget and desired timelines. From there we send over a design services proposal and answer any questions you have.
During our first design meeting, we will take measurements and you'll walk us through your initial ideas including your style preference and explore layout ideas. Our aim is to establish a clear vision before presenting tailored suggestions.

Building on the inspiration discussed during our initial meeting, we craft a room-by-room presentation featuring images of proposed pieces. This allows you to visualize how your space will come together. During the presentation, we discuss any adjustments you'd like to make and prepare you for our upcoming in-person showroom meeting.
Depending on the size of your project we might break this presentation up into multiple meetings. We want your selections process to be something you look forward to, not just bombard you with many decisions in one meeting. ;)

We visit our preferred local showroom, located in North Vancouver or Kitsilano, providing access to over 200 vendors. Here, you receive educational guidance, empowering you to make both visual and informed decisions. Before this meeting, we share our investment outline and design intent with the showroom, ensuring they're prepared to showcase the pieces best suited to your needs.

Based on the products you select in the showroom, we refine the package proposal and gather quotes for all chosen items, including warehousing and delivery.

We review your quote details together, so you understand every item that will be ordered. Upon receiving payment, we proceed to place all orders on your behalf, actively tracking and providing updates along the way.

We coordinate your furniture warehousing and when your order is almost complete we pre-schedule your installation days.
Your package will include white glove delivery- trust me, you will want this. It only takes the delivery of one item like a lift desk that requires you to put together 1000x pieces or a heavy mirror hung without proper hardware to be worth every penny. We know the things you will need on your install day, so we take care of it for you.
