Full-Service Interior Design Firm Based in Pitt Meadows, BC serving homeowners throughout the Fraser Valley, Vancouver and Sea-to-Sky Corridor
Renovating your home involves hundreds of decisions, and most homeowners are asked to make them long before they know what actually matters.
At Align Interior Design, we help homeowners plan renovations with clarity and intention, so early missteps do not turn into costly regrets. As a full-service interior design firm based in Pitt Meadows, BC, we guide you through the decisions that shape your layout, timeline, and overall investment.
From reimagining floor plans to preparing city documentation for permit submissions, coordinating finish selections, and developing furniture packages, our role is to bring structure to a process that often feels overwhelming. We help you understand how design decisions impact your overall budget, respect your investment goals, and collaborate with established builder partners so you feel supported from planning through construction.
You do not need to have all the answers. You just need a clear plan and the right guidance.
WHY I AM AN INTERIOR DESIGNER
My design journey began as I witnessed an outdated farmhouse, with yellow walls and diamond linoleum, quite literally falling apart. It transformed into something that instilled a sense of pride and changed the family that lived in it. I vividly remember the snapping studs (in the walls) that sounded like gunshots echoing. It (my family home) marked my first experience of how a renovation can directly impact one's lifestyle and experience, igniting my passion for the magic of before-and-after home transformations.
EXPERIENCE YOU CAN TRUST
When you’re making decisions that affect your home and your long-term investment, it’s important to work with someone who understands both the technical requirements of renovation and how a home actually needs to function day to day.
I hold a Diploma of Interior Design Technology from BCIT and am NCIDQ certified. This means that if you are renovating with the goal of aging in place, I understand the strategic design elements that can be incorporated now to help support your needs in the future, even if that stage of life feels far off today.
I’m also a mom who loves to entertain, and I understand how important it is for a home to feel welcoming and lived in, not overly precious. I believe spaces should support real life. That means knowing which materials will stand up to daily use, gatherings, kids, and guests, while still feeling thoughtful, elevated, and comfortable across generations.
This balance between technical knowledge and real-world living is what allows me to guide clients through decisions with clarity, confidence, and a long-term perspective.
WHAT WORKING TOGETHER LOOKS LIKE
Renovation decisions often feel overwhelming because so many choices are being made before there’s a clear understanding of how everything connects. Materials, layouts, budgets, timelines, and permits all overlap, and without structure, it’s easy to feel unsure about what matters most.
Our role is to bring clarity to that process. We help you understand how design decisions impact your overall investment, guide you through layout and finish selections with intention, and prepare the documentation required to move confidently into construction. From reimagining floor plans to coordinating finish selections, furniture packages, and city documentation for permit submissions, we focus on helping you move forward with a clear plan and the right support in place.
You don’t need to have all the answers. You just need thoughtful guidance, clear visuals, and a plan you can trust before construction begins.
